By using DineHop Restaurant Finder ("the app") and this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

2. Using the app

The app is free to browse and search. Please use it lawfully, and don't misuse it, for example by disrupting the service, interfering with how it works, or trying to access data you are not entitled to.

3. Restaurant information

Restaurant listings, photos, opening hours, prices and reviews are provided for your convenience through third parties, including Google Maps Platform. UK food-hygiene ratings are published by the Food Standards Agency and reflect that authority's most recent inspection. This information may be inaccurate or out of date and can change. Always check with the restaurant directly for anything important.

4. Your saved content

Places you save and notes you add are stored on your device for your own use. You are responsible for the notes you write.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its design and its branding belong to DineHop. Restaurant content, photography and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on third-party information shown in the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version applies whenever you use the app or this website.
